Today, Yvette from That Healing Spot and I had the honor of holding space for a beautiful group of women. We offered Reiki and sound healing, creating an environment where their bodies could soften, relax, and truly receive. With crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and other gentle instruments, we supported a space of calm, connection, and deep rest. I also made a custom tea blend for each lady.
