As the kids are getting back into school this is a great time to jump into therapy - 1 hour dedicated to focusing on topics that you care about.

A few clients recently graduated from therapy, which means I now have morning and early afternoon openings available.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating grief and loss, divorce recovery, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Sessions are currently offered via telehealth for your convenience.
I accept most commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
(Sorry, I am not able to accept Tricare at this time.)
