Brown paper. Painter's tape. A tape measure. And an afternoon in the space.
Before the walls go up, we needed to know — does the floor plan actually work? So we cut templates for every piece of equipment and laid them out on the concrete. mHBOT chambers. Cold plunges. Sauna. Red light therapy. Float tank. All of it, mapped by hand.
It's one thing to read dimensions on a drawing. It's another to stand in the room and feel the flow between stations. Where does someone go after they step out of the sauna? How much clearance does the hyperbaric chamber need? Can two people pass comfortably in the corridor?
