According to USA Today and Forbes, the top 3 New Year’s Resolutions are:

1. Eat Heathier
2. Lose Weight
3. Improve Mental Health

This is not alarming because America is getting fatter and more unhealthy year after year.

Convienance foods are a priority vs. whole nutritious foods.

Most people spend too much time on social media comparing themselves to highlight reels of other’s lives.

I say all that to say your habits will determine the success of any resolution.

Improve your habits, you’ll improve your life.

Women often think that eating one meal a day or not eating at all is going to help them lose weight and thats simply not true.

Your body is a machine.

The food you eat fuels the machine.

When you don’t eat you have low energy and you become irritable.

Your body is literally crying for food.

The fear of eating comes from the unhealthy relationship you have developed with food.

If you have to, seek therapy.. heal the parts of you that you don’t talk about but it affects your reactions and emotions towards things.

Seek a trainer to help you get in the best shape of your life. When you look good, you feel good!

Start new activities with your family to build better bonds.

Make your environment conducive to growth at all times!

Just know, you have a good heart with pure intentions, so things will always end up in your favor 💕
