Family Medical Centers kicked off Mental Health Awareness Month with a “Be Kind to Your Mind” event on Saturday, April 29th at the Adair County Middle School football field in Columbia. Families enjoyed bouncy houses, games, food/drinks, face painting, prizes, craft/sensory bottles, and more. Thank you to everyone who attended!

Be Kind to Your Mind event is tomorrow!

Come to the Adair County Middle School football field on April 29th from 9am to 12pm for a free fun day of bouncy houses, games, food/drinks, face painting, prizes, and more. This is a free event, all are welcome.

In case of rain, the event will be held at the Adair County Middle School gym.

Also in attendance were Adair County Schools Family Resource/Youth Service Center Coordinators, and staff from the Kentucky Department of Community Based Services Adair County office.
