GW Bryan Hospital comprises three service divisions:

Adult Services - Bryan’s Adult Services patients are admitted primarily from the 33-county Midlands, Pee Dee, and Lowcountry regions of South Carolina. The majority of patients are civil involuntary admissions. Hall at Bryan Psychiatric Hospital provides inpatient psychiatric services for children and adolescents and substance use treatment for adolescents. Forensics - The Forensics Division provides inpatient evaluation and treatment, rehabilitation, and outpatient services. Admissions are court-ordered from across the state through the judicial system. GW Bryan Hospital is licensed by the State of South Carolina as a Specialized Hospital and is accredited by The Joint Commission. Hall at Bryan Hospital is licensed by the State of South Carolina as a Specialized Hospital, with a separately licensed Residential Treatment Facility for adolescents ages 13-21.
