1- Gluten:
Some people react differently to gluten, where the body senses it as a toxin, causing one's immune cells to overreact and attack it. If an unknowingly sensitive person continues to eat gluten, this creates a kind of battle ground resulting in inflammation.
2- Red meat:
It is related to the amount of fat, cholesterol, and sodium content.These risk factors bring an increase rise in heart disease, high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes.
3- Milk: Whole milk and full fat dairy products cause inflammation because they contain high amounts of saturated fats, have been implicated in the development of acne, and may cause bloating and stomach up set.
4-Soda:
Soft drinks are concentrated in simple sugar and artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. Diet soda may not contain sugar, but it is still loaded with other chemicals. It is better to drink water, tea, or sparkling water.
