Quick PSA: watch for poison ivy… and don’t confuse it with Virginia creeper (harmless).
👉 Poison ivy = 3 leaves
👉 Virginia creeper = 5 leaves
Massage tip: if you’ve had contact with poison ivy, hold off on your session until your skin heals. Oils and touch can spread irritation.
