Elizabeth Kakungulu Clinical Counseling Services LLC. Welcome! I am a LISW-S who specializes in working with children, adolescents, families and adult women ages 5-50.

I enjoy working with clients struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, child and teenage defiance and behavioral issues, adjustment and phase of life issues, trauma and dissociative disorders, borderline personality disorder, self-esteem issues and self-injurious and self-sabotaging behaviors. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy incorporating therapeutic modalities including but not limited to person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, solution focused therapy, play therapy, EMDR and trauma informed therapy to best suit each client’s individualized needs. It is my goal to make sure that I provide a laid back, person centered enviroment where clients are able to express themselves openly and honestly and where they feel heard. I am passionate about helping clients identify and use their strengths to help with growth and healing.
