90 percent of my ab workouts this past year have included these 2 movements.

I love them because they are modifiable for any level. Start with knee tucks or lemon squeezers for the leg raises, and front plank body rocks without the foam roller.

WARNING: this combo will strain an ab muscle if you’re not smart with your progressions 😅

It’s easy to keep a smile on your face when cheering if you’re working with your favorite group of people!!

In this particular day shown, our flyer and base workouts are very similar, however other days of the week they are more different. It just depends on the training goal for the day and time of season.
