Exercises + progressions for standing fulls ⬇️
Focus on these key areas:
1. Rebounding jumps
2. Weighted jumps
3. Hinge strength
4. Hinge power
5. Squat strength
6. Lower core strength
7. Side bends
Keep it simple. Do the same exercises often. Add weight and make it more intense as you get stronger.
