Full body workout for my ladies who don’t like to spend to much time working out lol.

Can be performed anywhere.

Equipment needed:
Mat
dumbbells
Kettlebells (optional)
Resistance bands (optional)

Complete 3-4 rounds, 30 secs on with a 30 sec rest in between each exercise. Rest for 1 minute after each round

Shorten your rest period to make it more challenging.
