My practice around my own health has changed over the past few years and I have seen this become more evident in what I am doing to help others and how I conduct my coaching sessions.

In my study of the Word this morning, Proverbs 15:17 stood out. It says, “Better a meal of vegetables where there is love than a fattened ox with hatred.”

Scientifically, did you know that you can just speak love to your water and it has been proven through magnetic resonance imaging that the physical molecular structures of the water change as compared to fearful human intentions? We can do this with food. We can do this with what are deemed toxins. We can do this with our emotions. We can do this with homeopathy!

This is God's design - nothing more and nothing less. How true this resonates with me, as I have explored the depths of German New Medicine, both the scientific approach to it as well as how it relates to the Holy Spirit over the recent challenging and long season of my life.

Nursing is HARD. It isn’t just an easy “latch” for every mother and every baby.

Nursing also takes time. It takes learning each little one and learning your new self as a mother.

It pushes you to your very edge and at that edge, it tests you.

It impacts you and your baby physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I share this with the experience that our nursing journey was NOT easy. My baby boy didn’t latch for days after birth, but it was a non-negotiable for me and my drive and fire as a mother ignited in this space.

Physically, my son, my husband, and I worked through oral tethers as a team.

What can homeopathy bring us in birth, arguably our darkest and lightest moments competing and flowing all at once in this life?

Homeopathy is an incredible tool to have in our birthing suite. It can be used to ease pain, calm the mind, and bring the physical body into better balance and control.

Some of the remedies I plan to have on hand for labor and birth are Arnica Montana, Hypericum, Mag Phos, and Ignatia. I've learned the ins and outs of these and why and how they will support me.
