It is with deep sadness that I reflect on the passing of Reverend Jesse L. Jackson Sr., a giant whose moral clarity, courage, and global vision shaped generations of leaders, advocates, and institutions. His life’s work advanced civil rights, economic justice, and human dignity—not only in the United States, but across the world.
He challenged systems, built coalitions, and reminded us that our voices matter most when they rise together. Because of his leadership, doors opened wider, conversations grew bolder, and the pursuit of justice reached further.
May we honor his legacy not only in remembrance, but in action.
