Nice combo might include:

🍓🍌🫐 Fruit for flavor, vitamins, minerals
🥜 Nuts for healthy fats
🌾 Sprinkle of whole grain cereal or granola for fiber + crunch 😉
No cooking necessary and makes for an easy breakfast option or afternoon snack. 😋
