Stomach bugs always seem to show up at the worst possible time.
One minute your kid is fine… the next, you’re pulling out towels and asking, “Okay, what do we do first?”

This is the simple, back-to-basics approach we come back to every time:
• Prioritize hydration
• Support digestion gently
• Use herbs and minerals the body already recognizes
• Keep tools on hand before you need them

What we call “cold & "flew" season” usually doesn’t come out of nowhere.

Weeks of higher sugar intake, disrupted sleep, increased stress, fewer nutrients, less movement, and inconsistent routines all add up. Blood sugar becomes harder to regulate, recovery gets pushed aside, and the immune system has fewer resources to work with.

When the body finally slows you down, it’s not failing. it’s responding to patterns.

Everyone talks about dry winter skin, but that’s not actually what most people are dealing with. Cold air and indoor heat pull water out of the skin, not oil. That’s why slathering on thicker creams doesn’t always help.

When skin feels tight, irritated, or suddenly sensitive in winter, it’s usually dehydration first, and barrier damage second. Winter doesn’t create skin problems. It often exposes them.
