Are you or someone you know experiencing homelessness? Valley Healthcare System’s PATH program is available to assist in navigating the path to stable housing. They provide comprehensive support, including housing referrals, mental health services, job training, and healthcare. Call 706-748-8532 or dial 211 for more information. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. "

Valley Healthcare and CareSource are now offering easy access to healthcare with the OnMed CareStation.

You can be seen at the CareStation for:

📌 Chest Exam: Colds, Coughs, Fevers, and Asthma Respiratory, Sinus, and Eye Exams

📌 Minor Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, and Vomiting Headache, Flu, and COVID Treatment

📌 Skin Check: Rashes and Skin Disorders Any Cuts, Scrapes, and Wounds Blood Pressure Monitoring and more

Our Hours of Operation are:
Mon. | Wed. | Fri. - 8 AM - 5 PM EST
Tues. & Thurs. - 8 AM - 8 PM EST
