Today, we wanted to join Ohio Association of Community Health Centers and speak in support of both Senate Bill 198 and House Bill 276. Known as the Ohio 340B Pharmacy Access Act, SB 198 protects the 340B Drug Pricing Program, which allows Community Health Centers to reinvest savings into life-saving services. This helps us keep care local and accessible, such as offering affordable medications and patient transportation.

We also support House Bill 276, which focuses on protecting access to affordable medications through the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Both of these pieces of legislation protect the work that Lower Lights Health does and betters the lives of our patients!
