Know the Facts-
All "Intoxicating H**p" Products are Banned in Ohio, starting October 14th.
What’s considered “intoxicating h**p”?
Products containing THC (or h**p-derived cannabinoids that produce psychoactive effects like Delta-8, HHC, Delta-9, THCA, and more) sold in places other than licensed ma*****na dispensaries like gas stations, smoke shops, CBD stores, etc.
This is a immediate and total ban on any product that has "intoxicating h**p" in it.
This is not the SB 56 bill we have been fighting, but an emergency action by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine.
What's Next?
Lawyers have already filed a suit in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas against Gov. DeWine and the Ohio Department of Agriculture, arguing his executive order banning “intoxicating h**p” is unlawful.
However, there is no timeline or guarantee that the judge overlooking this suit will rule in favor of legal Ohio h**p so we have to urge everyone to pull these "intoxicating h**p" products off their shelves now.

Congress is once again considering changes to the federal definition of h**p that would wipe out more than 95% of the marketplace and erase years of innovation by farmers and small businesses.
This total ban could go into effect as soon as Sep. 30th.
This isn't just a state by state issue, this is a Federal ban on all h**p as we know it and those THCA, Delta9, CBD products and more, be it flower, gummies, v**es or drinks could soon be all outlawed.
Then, once you've done that, tell your friends and family to do the same thing.
Change happens when we show up, but we must act now.

History of Waterbeds ‘n’ Stuff
In 1968, a year after the Summer of Love, we piled into a car and took a road trip to San Francisco. We were looking for a better way and Jimi and Janis were singing the theme music for our revolution. No one had ever seen anything like what we were experiencing, but we knew it was magic and that the world would never be the same.
Back home in Columbus, Ohio, people wanted to break out of the box and become part of the counterculture. In 1969, we opened up shop from behind the sofa in our one-bedroom apartment selling “stuff,” wholesale to other businesses. We had dreams to supply the entire country with pipes, posters, necklaces, incense and everything else people would need to chase their dreams. In 1972, we bought our largest customer, a waterbed shop, and Waterbeds ‘n’ Stuff was born. Over time, we grew to have one of the industry’s largest wholesale departments and 13 retail locations dedicated to the people.
For the last 46 years, we have built a reputation for trust and worked hard to satisfy our customers. We are an institution of American smokeshop culture and we love being part of the community.
