We just put together so many of our fav combos so you’ll never have to question what to get when you’re in the drive thru line.

Which combo is your fav?

Things we typically avoid here while on a fat loss journey ⤵️
- milkshakes
- regular pop
- medium and large sides
- higher calorie dressings and condiments like avocado dressing and mayo.
- cookies (unless you want that as your side!)

I’m telling you I had 2 white claws, a crispy chicken sandwich, and tortillas chips plus 0 remorse, guilt or stress, and am ready to just live another day of balance….

It had been a long time since she’s enjoyed things like fruit, sweet potato fries and Oreos without having guilt that she ate “too many carbs”

Actually when we talked months ago she was following keto with her husband, doing home workouts and trying to lose the baby weight to get back to feeling like herself 💓

Keto left her feeling very frustrated from not seeing progress, struggling with consistency and feeling tired all the time. WHICH IS COMMON.

So if you’re eating low carb + trying to burn calories in your workouts, try this instead (what we used to help her lose 10+lbs in a matter of weeks)

✔️ tracking macros + eating over 100g of carbs
✔️ lifting weights 3/5x per week
✔️ prioritizing daily steps, water and sleep
✔️ tracking your alcohol even if you go over calories
✔️ cooking extra protein every week
✔️ eating when hungry

And things that are actually reasonable with your busy life.

What to order at Wendy’s to satisfy your cravings + lose weight ⤵️⤵️

The beauty of tracking macros and flexible dieting is you can create a body + balanced lifestyle you love WITHOUT restriction.

If someone tells you you can’t eat fast food..BYEEEEE.

So what’s the best option to order at Wendy’s?!

1. Something high in protein and lower in fat: the best option here is their grilled chicken sandwich.

2. Then choose a side that sounds good to you but make sure to keep it a smaller portion to not blow your calories or carbs/fats for the day. I typically go for a small fry and a Diet Coke.

This is such a good example of balance and showing up for yourself on the go while still enjoying that fast food :)
