I have never been more proud to work with doTERRA and represent the company as a Wellness Advocate. Thank you for standing up for what is right and using your voice. Thank you for creating this committee and committing to meaningful, sustainable and lasting change. I want to be part of the solution and am eager to welcome more diversity on my doTERRA Team. Today, we are announcing the formation of an Inclusion and Diversity Committee, led by four of the most talented members of the dōTERRA family, representing both our employees and Wellness Advocates.

Our Inclusion and Diversity Committee will benefit all those who feel invisible. For this moment, it’s about helping the Black community feel whole, included, heard, and loved.

I am proud to be part of this company and want to make it very clear that I personally take a stand against racism, and to my brothers and sisters of color I want to listen, learn and actively be a bridge builder and part of the solution.

Some of you have asked what we are doing to support the Black community and take a stand against racism. We hear you.

We’ve been purposefully quiet and actively listening.

Our plan is coming. For us, real change takes time and is an ongoing commitment.

Empowerment and inclusion are part of our core.

We are grateful for this opportunity to make doTERRA and the world better. We look forward to our first announcement on Monday, June 8, and several more will follow.
