For today you can expect:
12pm Connect w/ Nicole - a Q&A about virtual programming
2pm Support n Share - Peer led support group

We are officially starting virtual programming since our building will be under maintenance for awhile. I will post a teams link for each group 15mins before the meeting goes live, to assure everyone adequate time to join.

If you try to join the meeting early you will not be able to get in so please wait until the posted time to join.

Please see the Feb calendar for scheduled program details.

To join a meeting you might have to create a Microsoft teams account. When you click the link instructions should pop up on your end to follow to either log in or create a free teams account. If you are already signed in to a Microsoft teams account on your computer you will be good to go.

You will also be asked to allow microphone & camera access to teams, click allow! This is how you will talk :)

Teams functions just like Zoom or Skype so if you are familiar with those programs it should be a similar experience.

Did you know that naloxone can freeze in single-digit temperatures? 🥶🧊

While it’s still safe and effective once thawed, every second matters during an opioid overdose.

Carry naloxone in your purse or bag instead of leaving it in your car until the weather warms up.
