Crown Pointe Care Center provides quality care for short-term, long-term, and dementia residents.

within our 90-bed facility residents enjoy our aviation area, private courtyard, activities room, and dining area. Skilled residents receive therapy 5-6 days a week from certified therapists. Our dementia unit allows residents a safe environment within a locked unit.

Our staff showed off their creativity in this year’s Pumpkin Decorating Contest, and the competition was fierce! But our winning pumpkin was the adorable pufferfish, crafted by our talented ADON! 💛✨
