Come to the Sanctuary for six (6) weeks and lean in with me while WE CREATE a BRAVE, BOLD, SUPPORTIVE space to do all the wonderful, challenging, fun things for MIND, BODY and SPIRIT!

GCBU allows for growth in pursuit of something you want only as you define it for yourself!

When:
Thursday, November 11th 6:30p-7:30p for six weeks ending on December 30th, 2021. Skipping Thanksgiving and December 23 (before Christmas) ending on December 30th.

What a perfect time for us to leave those things behind that are not serving us, Re-Birth!

What:
Mind, Body and Spirit will experience Hip Hop, Dance, Primal/Buti, Bands, 11:11 The Practice, Core w/Socks and a few other opportunities for growth.

11:11-The Practice is a NEW urban yoga methodology that has 11 Sun Salutations, 11 primary poses and 4 cardio bursts : a power yoga format that keeps you moving. The whole class is a PALINDROME which means it's the same forwards and backwards. This class is focused on form and controlled movements while moving on the beat of music.

What is Black Lotus Sanctuary? It’s a collective! Black Lotus Sanctuary is holding SPACE for everyone to feel free and safe in their movement, expression, thoughts & conversation ushering in a common objective of transformation as one define’s it for themself!

Sanctuary will bring thoughtful events from local and national practitioners that allow for unique movement, expression & thoughts. This collective will operate around improving transformational outcomes for those who come to the Sanctuary.

The Launch will be Saturday, 3/23, 3:30p •Black Lotus Sanctuary• will be bringing to CBus, “The Practice 11:11” Master Trainer Sasha Watson from Mass. will lead! She is an amazing woman both inside and out! This practice is for all bodies and all levels!

I hope that you will be part of the Black Lotus Sanctuary launch and a part of the collective!
