🌟 Diley Medical Group Traveling Senior Services 🌟
Did you know our senior services program began nearly 18 years ago? When Dr. Whitt founded Diley Medical Group, he introduced the idea of providing physician and provider rounding inside assisted living communities. At the time, it wasn’t common practice — skilled nursing facilities were the only places receiving weekly visits.
What started as a bold and compassionate idea has now grown into an amazing and widely accepted model of care. And we’re proud to have been doing it long before it became the norm.
We follow our patients wherever they go.
If a patient moves into a senior living community, we continue caring for them there — providing consistency, support, and high-quality primary care.
We currently work with many wonderful senior living homes from Mount Vernon to Beavercreek, and we’re always looking to expand our partnerships.
