OSU students coming together to do some yoga and meditation for OHIOM! Wonderful way to kickstart the year.

Students said that they felt calmer and less anxious about the first day of classes starting tomorrow.

She took these beautiful pictures of herself meditating in St. Joseph's Cathedral here in Columbus and told us a little bit about why she meditates.

We challenge you to do the same! Ready to take part in our campaign to spread awareness about meditation and get excited about our amazing event, America Meditates? Here's how you can do it:

1) Take a picture of yourself in a meditative pose
2) Post with the hashtags and and tell us why you meditate
