How does 2016 feel like a lifetime ago and also like yesterday?! 😅✨
We had 5 fewer studios, 2 fewer kids, and about ⅓ of the team we have now.
The business survived a divorce.
GoYoga turned 5 years old.
We spent a lot of time on the road, sharing this work beyond Columbus — including our first-ever Teacher Training in Tulum ✈️
And yes… 2016 Alissa did headstands 🙃😆

So is 2026 the new 2016?
Maybe in spirit.

But honestly?
We’re not trying to go back.

We’re building the next chapter — wiser, steadier, and more rooted than ever.
Here’s to 2026. 🤍

We’ve got 7 studio locations in the Columbus, Ohio area - Brewery District, Grandview, New Albany, Powell, Upper Arlington, Westerville and Worthington. At our locations, we promise you a variety of classes taught by friendly, knowledgeable and passionate yoga teachers in a welcoming environment that is conducive for all experience levels. In addition, we lead destination yoga teacher trainings and retreats to share the power of yoga with amazing people from all over.
