This page was created as a resource to connect with kindred spirits to inspire you to move towards wellness, wholeness and sustainable self-care rituals. This journey to self-discovery and to wellness has been evolving over the past 10 years and I am grateful that my path is leading towards helping others in their journey. I am committed to helping others become to realize that wellness is a journey, it is not a destination. While on this journey, I seek to help others and use this platform as a means to connect all those interested locally and globally. It is just one of me..
But there is a deep need for people like me.. that can do this sacred work.

You may not call yourself a facilitator or space holder or healer but you are the author at the family gathering who always comforts others, the organizer in the community who makes sure people eat or the friend everyone turn to for advice.
I recognize and honor that you are already holding space, often unpaid, unacknowledged and overextended .

I am looking for you to join me.

Become a Self-Care Ritualist™ and learn how to deepen your care of self while covering your families, friends and community and use my framework for income generation, leadership and broader facilitation.

It is something about a warm hug. A hug that lets you know I am here for you. A hug that transmits the energy that I care for you and what you are going through.
For years, I have heard that "You give good hugs". When I stopped to really think about what that meant, I believe that it meant that person felt held, felt seen, felt comforted.
Whether it has been supporting folks through difficult conversations in a board meeting or passing through the hallway at a conference, I welcome the chance to give a person a bit of relief with an intentional embrace.

Give thanks to those of you who recognize what you need and ask for it.
Give thanks to those of you who are good huggers!

There are more people than you know that need it.

This is apart of the sacred work that I do as the Self-Care Ritualist™/Healing Justice Practitioner.

There’s nothing like being welcomed into a space where you’ have been called into.. where people know you before they have met you and to feel valued, and held with love.
That’s what this work is about. It is not just creating events, but creating belonging.
When I arrived at this gathering, I was reminded that this work isn’t about performing. It’s about presence. It is about the medicine

I appreciate this so much as it speaks so loudly to what is at the core of what I believe. IT is the BOTH/AND.

The pratcies that keep me sane AND doing our damnest to fight against the injustices.

In the words of an elder, we need to be "girded" up..and for me that means, digging deep into our well of rituals that help to nourish, nurture, rejuvenate and protect our mind, body, spirit.
