Today at 2:15 PM, I am so blessed to be at New Birth Church here in Columbus to share the movement and the mission with our teenagers!🥰❤️🙏🏽

I’m 60 years young, a heart attack survivor, and living proof that God’s grace—combined with a little “Science of the Spin”—can keep you thriving.

I’ll be sharing a bit of my testimony and showing these amazing young people that taking care of the temple God gave you can be a total joy!

I won’t be alone either🥰❤️🙏🏽 —one of my incredible students is joining me for a live Hoopfitness demonstration to show them how we do it at 60❤️😘💃🏽✨

When the Doctor gives the "Hoop" a Prescription! 🩺⭕️🥰❤️

You never know who is standing in your class, watching, learning, and feeling the impact of the movement.🥰

Today in my 1:00 PM session, I was chatting with one of my dedicated students.

She told me she’s been watching me closely and said, “You really know what you’re speaking about. 🥰❤️🙏🏽

I see the honesty and the passion when you teach.” Then, she started breaking down the movements in high-level medical terms, explaining exactly how the hula hoop targets specific muscle groups and benefits the body.🥰❤️🙏🏽

Naturally, I asked, “Are you a nurse?” 🙄🤷🏽‍♀️👀🫤
She smiled and said, “I’m a doctor.” 🤦🏽‍♀️😂🫣
She retired last year and now spends her time volunteering at a free medical clinic. 🥰❤️🙏🏽

To have a woman of her stature and medical background validate my work—not just the "what" I do, but the "why" and the heart behind it—means the world to me.🥰❤️🙏🏽
