🤣🤣🤣 So the same student offers to help me put my hoops in her truck and drive me to my car because it's raining. I tell her, 'Thank you, but me carrying those hoops is part of my cool down - getting some strength training, walking and lugging about 15lbs in hula hoops 🙌🏽❤️🙏🏽.' So I let her know when I got to the car. And her response 🤣🤣🤣🤣🙄🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Heart disease doesn't care about our plans. Last night, it took a woman who was a cornerstone of the Hoop For Your Heart family 😢❤️🙏🏽 first as a sponsor 2021 , and then 2 years later, as our 2023 recipient.

She fought out loud. 😩❤️🙏🏽

She posted, she shared, and she advocated even when the world wasn't liking or sharing back. As I state , it isn’t important to us until it’s important to us…😢

She knew that even if one person paid attention, a life could be saved.❤️🙏🏽

How do we honor a legacy like that?
We stop ignoring the signs.

We start taking heart health seriously.

We support the survivors while they are here to feel the love.

Rest in power, TriciaSanders We will keep moving, keep hooping, and keep shouting for awareness until the whole world listens. ❤️ 🙏🏽
