Aerial BASE Yoga, Aerial DANCE, and INTRO to Aerial are happening this Sunday afternoon.

If you want to relax, stretch, strengthen, and move creatively, come join us!

Aerial BASE is beginner friendly Aerial Yoga in an upbeat, supportive environment.

You can expect to feel stretched, challenged, and relaxed all in one hour.

Classes are Monday nights at POP Yoga and Sunday afternoons at McDaniel Fitness!

There’s a special Intro to Aerial for the next two Sundays. Come enjoy the Air!
