I know this is a picture of our ROL team but this post is about an individual who I know deserves a shout out. She is the person on the bottom left if your wondering.

Two years ago she joined one of cohorts and she has never left since. Her journey has been anything but easy but she has become a prime example of what showing up consistently for yourself has the power to do.

She has now been on our retreats, shows up to our events, joined our volleyball team, doing the Toughmudder and helped us take 1st place on our coed softball team. She is seriously close to finishing 75 hard and has attended more RFIT classes than anyone since RFIT came to Skysport.

We can’t say enough good about Gwen. Unbelievably proud of your ability to show up and fight for yourself.

They say if you can help just one.

RFIT has helped many since its conception in 2020. Stories like hers is why we exist. We take people where they are and help them thrive.

If you want to take the leap all you have to do is follow her lead and we can promise you that your life will never be the same. So much can change in a few short years!!! We see it in her everyday!!!

The Work Works!!!

The secret sauce is that there isn’t any secret sauce. We show up, do the work and do it again next week. It’s really that simple. Sure things can get bumpy along the way. Life happens and that’s ok. We do it anyway. This is how a program like this be a way to a whole new you.

Tonight for someone’s birthday, her best friend showed up to her first class and first ever meeting!!!

Tonight someone told the story of how she jumped on a stationary bike and how her 4 year old starting cheering her on saying, go mommy go. This person is just over a month into there fitness journey.

Tonight a kid told the story of how much he wants to seek god and do the right things in life with his mom sitting next to him who is in long term recovery. Her decisions has had a profound impact on his. They really are watching.

Tonight as I looked around the room, I seen the beginning in Greensburg, I seen leaders of the ROL meetings, I seen board members, people who were there at Milrace in the blazing heat all summer long, people who worked out in an empty warehouse that would become Ratpark, and those who built it and I seen the heart break of losing it and that same broken heart saving it and I felt the pain of those who are no longer with us and the love for the new comers who join us.

This RFIT community is the absolute best community I’ve ever been a part of and her spirit was beautiful tonight.

WE DID THIS!!!
