If you’re 35+ and feel like you keep starting over… you’re not alone.
It’s not that you’re not trying hard enough. Most plans just don’t fit real life.
That’s why I’m opening up a small 8-week program starting June 1.
✔️ Simple ✔️ Structured ✔️ Built for real life—not extremes
If you’re ready to feel stronger and more consistent again, this might be a good place to start.
Message me for details 💛

🌎 Grateful for every chance I get to move outside.
⛰️ Descending Mount Ellinor is one of my favorite hiking memories: exhilarating, exhausting, and a reminder of how powerful our bodies are.
There was a time when movement wasn’t something I could take for granted. Because of that, I don’t overlook it now—especially when I feel strong.
🌏 A body in motion stays in motion.
Move your body today:
🥾 Hike
🚶🏼♂️ Walk or run
🌳 Get outside & move
🌱 Do some yard work
If you’re in a season where movement feels hard, I see you—and I’d love to help you find your way back to feeling strong again. 💛
You’ve put in so much hard work, stayed consistent, leaned into your faith, and shown up for yourself day after day—and it truly shows. Losing 117 pounds and sharing your story the way you have is incredible, and I know it’s going to impact so many people.
But I have to say… your note to me this morning meant more than I can put into words.
In 17 years of coaching, no one has ever made me cry in class—and today you did. In the best way.🥹
“Thank you for helping me get strong and for teaching me how to lift for life…”
That’s something I will carry with me for a long time.
There are things that make your day… and then there are things that make your year. Kerri—you didn’t just make my morning, you made my year. 💛
It has been such a joy watching your journey unfold right in front of me. You are a rockstar, and this feature is so well deserved.
Everyone—go pick up this issue and read her story. It’s powerful. 💪🏼✨
So proud of you.👏🏼

I feel like busy has become the default.
Full schedules. Constant movement.
Doing what needs to get done… and then some.
And at the end of the day, there’s barely space to think—let alone slow down.
But this morning, sitting at two of my dearest friends’ beautiful home with my coffee and the sunrise, I was reminded of something simple:
The world needs who God made you to be.
Not the rushed version.
Not the overwhelmed version.
Not the one constantly trying to keep up.
The real version.
And hurry makes that hard to access.
It pulls us away from being present.
From noticing what actually matters—
what’s meaningful, what’s purposeful, what we’re actually here for.
We’re taught to keep moving—set goals, push forward, get results.
But sometimes the most important thing we can do…
is pause.
To sit.
To breathe.
To reconnect.
Because not everything that feels urgent is important.
And not everything important needs to happen quickly.
There’s a different pace available—
one that makes space for clarity, connection, and purpose.
And it starts by slowing down long enough to remember who you are and how you’re meant to show up.
If this resonates, take a minute today—just one.
Pause. Breathe. Reset.
You don’t need to do more.
You just need to come back to what matters.

Most people think they’re burned out.
But what if it’s not burnout…
what if something deeper is missing?
I see this a lot—people doing everything right,
but still feeling off.
Sometimes it’s not about doing more.
It’s about reconnecting to meaning.
🧠
Instead of asking “what’s next?”
try asking:
who needs me right now—and how do I show up?
That’s where things start to shift.
Heard this framed really well on a recent Rich Roll Podcast episode with Arthur Brooks—definitely worth a listen.

One of my favorite events that the kids have participated in, the Second grade Stores Grand opening! and I had fun shopping - Blakely was selling squishy’s, and Isaiah was selling binoculars!🤍😊 No way Cade could find products this good in San Diego!😁

How often have you told yourself,
“I just need to get back on track”?
I hear this all the time.
But here’s the thing—
that way of thinking assumes you’ve somehow fallen off.
And most of the time… you haven’t.
Life shifted.
Your schedule changed.
Your energy isn’t the same.
That’s not failure.
That’s real life. 🤍
You don’t need to start over.
You need to adjust. 🔄
You need to decide what “forward” looks like right now—
not what it looked like a few weeks or months ago.
I don’t think progress is a straight line.
It’s showing up in different ways, in different seasons…
and choosing to keep going anyway. 🌱
If this resonates with you, please reach out—
I’m always happy to talk through what “forward” could look like for you. 💬

There was a time when strength looked very different for me. 🕰️ It used to be about hustle, volume, and relentless consistency. Then life brought cancer, injury, and mounting responsibilities. 📈
I realized: Strength isn’t always about doing more. 💪🏼 It’s about staying in it when it’s hardest to. Sometimes showing up means pushing forward. Sometimes showing up means resting. 😌 If your “showing up” looks different right now... it still counts. ✨

If you want to stay consistent, you need more than motivation.
You need a framework.
I teach resilience through three simple principles:
*Challenge with purpose (not more… just intentional)
*Recovery as growth (rest is not falling behind)
*Consistency over perfection (showing up imperfectly still counts)
Most people only focus on the first one.
That’s why they burn out.
Resilience isn’t built by doing more.
It’s built by knowing when to push… and when to adjust.
Which one do you struggle with most right now?
03/23/2026
Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.
They struggle because life keeps interrupting their ability to follow through…
I’ve been thinking about what really separates people who succeed from those who feel stuck.
It’s rarely motivation. It’s rarely knowledge.
It’s the ability to follow through when life is... well, life. 🌊
🛑We all have those moments where we stop. 🏁Then try to restart.
🛑Then stop again.
We blame ourselves. We feel guilty.
But trying to follow a "perfect plan" in an imperfect world is a recipe for burnout.
Real strength is learning to be consistent when your schedule is busy, when you’re stressed, or when your energy is low.
I help my clients build systems that allow for real life.
~Capable.
~Confident.
~Consistent.
What’s one thing that always seems to disrupt your flow?
