In just three years, Brogan has shown incredible growth; starting as a Participant Supervisor, stepping into the role of Assistant Director, and now most recently earning a well-deserved promotion to Site Director in Dublin.

Throughout it all, Brogan has remained kind, fair, and always willing to lend a helping hand. His leadership, dedication, and genuine care for both participants and staff make a lasting impact every day.

What a fantastic day for our Gahanna Green Team! 🌿☀️ We spent the day exploring the Mott’s Military Museum, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by history, stories of service, and so many incredible artifacts.

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, making it a beautiful day to walk the grounds, take it all in, and reflect on everything we learned. It was inspiring to see the dedication and sacrifices represented throughout the museum, and our team came away with a deeper appreciation and understanding.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn together, grow together, and spend such a meaningful day as a group. 💚
