This month we are taking time to reflect on what’s in our hearts. What are you carrying? What do you love? What are you passionate about? What feels heavy on your heart?

Create a piece of art to reflect your precious heart. Bring your art, poetry, or journaling with you to this group and share. We will talk about self-love and how we might lighten our hearts to make room for more of what we love.
