Your baby loves you more than you know. . .
It will be very normal that your baby is happiest and most calm on YOU. . .
Partners are great (and yes please do skin to skin alll the time) but Mommas - you’re their number one.
➡️ Safety, love, food, security. You help down regulate their nervous system. . .
Bed sharing is normal. Contact naps are bliss. Education to do it all safely is key, and this is our mammalian normal. . .
So enjoy the snuggles. You can’t spoil an infant, you can only love them ❤️ . .
