Your state has rules that federal OSHA never told you about...👀

Most practices have beautifully written protocols. And real-world shortcuts that happen quietly, consistently, and we think they’re understandable…

The risk isn't the bad actors. It's the gap between the binder on the shelf and what actually happens at 3:45 pm. But before you know it, that becomes the new normal.

This is something I see over and over again. Practices are doing everything right by federal standards, yet are completely unaware that their state requires more. Not because they're careless. But because no one told them the rulebook they were following was only half the story.😳

Federal compliance is the floor, not the ceiling. If you don't know whether your state runs its own OSHA plan, that's the first thing we need to fix! I’m not here to tell you the rules you can just look up on your own.

Listen, I get it. The second someone says "compliance training" you want to roll your eyes and you're already thinking about what's for lunch instead. 🥱 I've been in this industry for decades and I heard it every single time. “What do you think about OSHA?” I hear “Boring”, “Mandatory”, “Uggghhh”!

And I don’t blame ya! I took one look at that thick compliance binder with no pictures, and I thought; there has to be a better way!🤔
