Dear Friend, welcome to the new year!
As we step into 2026, we are still held by the quiet wisdom of winter. This is not a season for rushing or forcing new beginnings, but for slowing down, reflecting, and gently preparing. Before springâs momentum arrives, winter invites us to rest, soften, and arrive calmly in this new chapter.
This year carries the energy of the Horseâa symbol of movement and embodiment. Yet before we move forward, we are asked to ground inward. To nourish the body we are becoming and trust that the ânew usâ is already forming beneath the surface. Even in stillness, abundance is being cultivated.
Take a breath.
What are your wildest dreams?
And can you begin to embody how they feel?
An Abundance Mindset: Where Manifesting Begins
Manifesting begins within. Itâs not about fixing yourself or striving for moreâitâs about remembering that you are already enough. Clarity, intention, and feeling come before physical results.
Rather than focusing on what you want to manifestâmoney, relationships, successâfocus on how you want to feel: peace, joy, freedom, connection. When you anchor into these feelings, abundance becomes a state of being rather than something to chase.
Manifesting doesnât require constant positivity, only awareness. Gently notice thoughts of doubt or lack without judgment. Awareness alone softens their grip.
From there, choose words and emotions that feel supportive. Gratitude doesnât have to be forcedâit can be as simple as appreciating your breath, rest, or moments of clarity. Gratitude shifts your focus from whatâs missing to whatâs present, and presence is where abundance lives.
Join me in writing & embodying your desire:
Once grounded in awareness and gratitude, write a clear desire statement that feels embodied and true:
I am a magnet for financial flow and ease.
I am the presence of peace.
I am living in deep, loving connection with myself and others.
Return to your statement daily. Let it feel like truth, not hope.
Manifesting is something you live in your body. Reflect on the past yearâwhat felt aligned, and what felt resistantâwithout judgment. Resistance often comes from trying to control outcomes. When you soften your grip, relief and trust naturally arise.
Let the Feeling Be Your Guide
Your emotions are guidance. Ask yourself:
Does this bring me closer to peace?
Does this feel expansive or constricting?
When you choose based on feeling, alignment becomes natural and manifesting becomes gentle.
Set intentions that reflect who you are being, not just what you want. Repeat them daily as reminders.
Take inspired action that feels lightâreading a book, following a curiosity, making space, saying yes or no when it feels right. Joyful action builds momentum.
And rememberâyou donât do this alone. Partner with the universe/ Divine. Ask for support and signs, and stay open to unexpected guidance.
