You may have chronic mechanical low back pain, which often comes from injury or stress to the tissues around the spine — muscles, joints, bones, or soft tissue. In many cases the lumbar multifidus, a deep stabilizing back muscle, stops working properly and can make pain worse.

What is ReActiv8?
