Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone — five years with Lacey as part of the CTO team.

From day one, Lacey has brought compassion, consistency, and a steady commitment to the people we serve. She keeps us organized, grounded, and moving forward, and there isn’t a part of what we do that she hasn’t touched in the best possible way.

Her heart for our community, our trainers, and every individual who reaches out for support is felt every single day. We’re grateful for her leadership, her kindness, and the care she pours into this work.
