Today we’re excited to spotlight Tara Mullins-Cosme, Founder and Co-Owner of CTO.

Tara has been part of this journey since the very beginning, launching CTO in January of 2013 with a vision to provide training that is practical, approachable, and truly supportive of the people we serve. One of the things she values most about this work is the ability to customize the training experience for every unique group of individuals and organizations that trust CTO with their education.

One message Tara hopes people carry with them after a training is this: in an emergency, you don’t have to do everything perfectly. Fear can be paralyzing, but doing your best with the knowledge you have can truly save a life.

Outside of CTO, Tara is a wife, a mom of three, and an entrepreneur who owns and operates several other businesses as well. Her dedication to family, community, and service is something that continues to shape the heart of CTO.
