Healing Requires Balance
It is important to know that whatever you are going through is temporary. How long you stay in your current situation is up to you. You have the power to change your circumstance, be it depression, anxiety, the effects of trauma, addiction, family issues, relationship problems, or career concerns. If your belief is that you cannot do anything about what is going on in your life, than you cannot do anything about what is going on in your life. Change is not easy, however it can be done and often times it is necessary. Sometimes we cannot do it by ourselves and in those times it is okay to ask for help. Because the only way out... is through.
