What a beautiful day to be out and about!! Yes to 80+ degrees weather☀️❤️

We started our day in Albion with lunch and learn with the social workers, providers and staff at Boone County Health Center clinic. What a meaningful conversation. We are honored of the trust and partnership. Thanks to Hy-Vee for the delicious meals.

Then we ended our day visiting our friends over The Heritage at Meridian Gardens! They shared they have one room (couples) available coming up soon.

Our team is always honored to provide extra support to patients, residents or your loved ones with in-homecare in Columbus, Albion and surrounding areas.

At Cornerstone Caregiving, we are committed to supporting both our clients and the caregivers who serve them.

When a transportation issue arose this morning, our team ensured the caregiver arrived safely to her shift—because continuity of care matters, and so does protecting our caregivers’ scheduled hours.

We also took the opportunity to uplift their morning by providing breakfast and beverages from Starbucks for both the caregivers and client.

Compassionate care is reflected not only in how we serve our clients, but in how we support our team every day.

In honor of Social Work Month, we set out on a sweet mission from trekking toward Omaha this morning to grab Crumbl cookies for the amazing social workers at Boone County Health Center!

Plot twist…
Their meeting ended up being in Fullerton instead!

But when it comes to appreciating the incredible social workers who advocate for patients and families every day, we’ll happily adjust the GPS.
