Our young adult support group is a safe, welcoming space to show up honestly—questions, doubts, stress, faith, feelings, and all. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, grief, burnout, or just the “what am I even doing with my life?” season (very relatable), you don’t have to do it alone.

Here, you’ll find:
• Real conversations (no pretending required)
• Support from people who get it
• Tools for mental and emotional health
• Connection, encouragement, and hope

Come as you are. Sit where you are. Grow at your own pace.
No pressure. No fixing. No awkward icebreakers that make you question your life choices. 😉

You belong—before you speak, before you share, before you change anything at all. 💛

Begins February 2nd, 6:30 PM @ The Ridge, 2800 Bonnell Rd.

🧠 Mental Health Signs You Shouldn’t Ignore 🛑

We’re really good at powering through.
Smiling anyway.
Telling ourselves, “It’s fine.”

But some signs are worth paying attention to—not because you’re weak, but because you’re human.

If you’ve noticed:
• Constant exhaustion (even after rest)
• Changes in sleep or appetite
• Feeling numb, hopeless, or on edge
• Pulling away from people you love
• Struggling to cope with everyday stress

👉 Those are signals, not failures.

Your mind and body are trying to tell you something—and listening is an act of strength. 💛
Support, healing, and hope are available. You don’t have to carry it alone.

📞 Reach out. 💬 Start the conversation. 🌱 Take the next small step.

(And yes—asking for help still counts as being strong.) 💪✨

🎄 When Christmas Doesn’t Feel Joyful…

If the songs feel too loud, the lights feel overwhelming, and “joy to the world” feels like pressure instead of peace—you’re not broken.

For many, Christmas comes wrapped in grief, exhaustion, loneliness, anxiety, or memories that ache. And that’s more common than we admit between cookie exchanges.

Here’s the truth:
✨ You don’t have to feel joyful to be worthy of love.
✨ You don’t have to fake cheer to belong.
✨ Peace can exist quietly—even when joy feels far away.

If this season feels heavy, let yourself feel it honestly. Reach out. Sit with someone safe. Ask for help. The first Christmas wasn’t shiny either—it was humble, weary, and tender. And hope still showed up.

If you need support this season, Ridge Counseling Services is here for you.
No pretending. No pressure. Just care.

You are not alone this Christmas. 🤍
