For me, doTERRA Balance® is a longtime favorite. I use it for its relaxing and calming properties. I’ve really needed it lately, which is why it’s currently sitting on my desk. For me, it provides a moment of respite and quiet. I like to simply breathe it in. I use it the same way almost every time. I put a couple of drops in the palms of my hands and rub them together before applying it to my temples and the back of my neck. As I breathe it in, I feel energized and ready to go.
