DO go outside and hike, meet friends, go on a treasure hunt for leaves or trees.
DON’T spend every day inside! It actually increases the chances you will get sick.

During the busyness make sure you stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep, eat food for fuel, hang out with friends and family, and exercise regularly! It’s all worth the effort!!! ❤️
