We covered 4 state parks this weekend! Maumee, Catawba, East Harbor, and Marblehead.
For over 6 years we have hiked each weekend at a state park. Eventually we will visit all 76 of Ohioโ€™s beautiful State Parks! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ๐Ÿฅพ๐Ÿพ

When asked what I eat for breakfast, I decided to post this.
๐Ÿ˜Š. Itโ€™s really tasty!
Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

My afternoon schedule varies.
This breakfast satiates me until I eat again.

Raw walnuts
Dried cherries
Chia seeds
Ground flax seed
Honey
Frozen berries that I heat on the stove in a little water.

I put a milk substitute (read the labels carefully)
Or A2A2 milk.
The chia seeds absorb moisture, so liquid is good.
