Our last day in Myrtle Beach!
We are taking our time and visiting what we see on the way home.
We are in Georgetown now. It’s a gorgeous day!

Thursday after water fitness, I walked on the beach. It was so foggy!
Ate lunch by the serenity pool. Very peaceful.
Drove down to Hammock Shops.
Ate at Creek Rats.
Walked the wharf.

Friday after water fitness, I walked the beach. Even foggier!!
Ate lunch outside.
Sat out by the pool and read my book.
Played miniature golf.
Resort offered s’mores. We partook!

Such a wonderful vacation!
Classes are back on schedule starting Monday!
I miss you and can’t wait to get back to fitness with you! ❤️

I hear you’re having a lot of rain.
Here it’s chilly and partly sunny.

I have taken water fitness classes each morning. Gets me started for the day. Then I reward myself with time in the hot tub. It’s fun getting to know some of the other vacationers.

Monday we hiked around Huntington Beach State Park.

Tuesday we shopped and ate in.
We also walked on the boardwalk and walked on the beach.

Today we visited Brookgreen Gardens and walked a lot. We visited the zoo there and other exhibits. It’s finally a bit warmer!

Big moves with body bars today!

When your body moves well, you will have improved posture, your stable joints can do their job, your back pain may go away because your hips will be mobile!
It’s so important!

Be intentional and purposeful! Brace your core for better posture and back stability and balance.
Squeeze your glutes!
Be consistent with your effort!
Do the work! It’s worth it!

No excuses! Sharon was so determined to get her fitness in that she Zoomed in from her vacation in Mexico and used her iron for resistance! 😃👏👍💪❤️🌴
