Anahata Chakra

If I was a chakra, I would definitely be Anahata 🤣. This powerful energy center is where unconditional love lives. It’s located at the heart center 💚 and related with color green.

When I think about Anahata I can feel it all. I think about the tenderness of my heart and the holy tears I get almost everyday… joy tears! I think about Tara and her compassion. Deer. Hummingbird. Element air. It feels like the union of everything and I can feel it all.

Manipura Chakra 💛

Manipura is associated with fire, color yellow and the energy of the summer. 🔥 It’s alllll about our personal power, passion, discipline and taking action. It feels like the sun for me. 🌞

Discovering what this chakra is got me speechless when I first learn, and still do. I feel like I am in my head a lot, creating all kind of things but I struggle sometimes with actually DOING THE THING. So I’m making sure that I take one day at the time with kindness and at the same time putting myself in positions with more organization where I can see my progress often. And this is how my personal power looks like today 🌼

Swadhistana Chakra 🧡

This chakra is related with creativity, sensuality and emotions. One of my favorite explorations so far to recognize who I truly am and how my creativity unfolds for myself and the world.

The energy center of this chakra lives in the sacral plexus and it’s related with color orange, in my personal opinion sweetness is a word that would describe this chakra.

Muladhara Chakra ❣️

This first chakra is most of the times related with the color red and it’s energy center lives at the base of the spine. It’s associated with the sensation of being grounded.

Getting to experience the emotions with this chakra gets me speechless. Earlier this year I had a low back injury that with lots of meditation insights I was able to understand that a part of the pain was coming from a sense of feeling unsafe. I started repeating “I am safe” as a personal mantra and to deepen in my relationship with mama earth🌹

Hace unos años empecé a celebrar mi cumpleaños por un mes y medio, mi argumento era: “por que quiero y puedo” 🤠. Este año, obvio, no fue la excepción… aunque esta vez lo sentí más como una transición que como un festejo.

Tuve suficiente tiempo para pensar en que significaba para mi este nuevo año y la serpiente, como guía espiritual 🐍, estuvo presente en muchas de mis meditaciones. Ellas son un símbolo de transformación y me enseñan que es vital deshacerme de todo aquello que ya no me sirve, literalmente es mudar de piel o morir. Y aunque pueda ser un proceso doloroso ese de dejar ir, es lo que me permitirá sobrevivir, crecer y florecer.🌼

¿Que estoy lista para dejar ir? ¿Que creencias ya no me funcionan para ser la mujer que quiero ser?

A veces se me olvida que soy más que un cuerpo. A veces se me complica reconocer aquello que no puedo ver y cómo el cuerpo es lo más material que poseo, empiezo a juzgarlo por su apariencia. Le encuentro todos los defectos que pueda ver y si aún no se me acaba la pila, empiezo a inventar más y más porque . 🌝

Reconocer que soy cuerpo, mente y espíritu es una práctica diaria. Y algo que me ha ayudado mucho es entrenar, pareciera que se trata solamente de darle cariño a mis músculos mediante movimientos específicos y activar las endorfinas a tope, pero como si esto no fuera suficiente, cuando entreno me he encontrado con maravillosos insights y me ha enseñado a ser disciplinada y encontrar gratitud en cada movimiento que mi cuerpo puede hacer, especialmente desde que no pude hacer ejercicio los primeros meses de este año debido a una lesión en mi espalda baja. 😍 Ayer fue el ejemplo Perfecto, tuve un día medio loco 🤯 y sabía que necesitaba mover el cuerpo y aunque no me sentía súper motivada, entrené mi cute b***y y listo! Ahhh que alivio! Todo pasa ✨ Eterna gratitud ✨

La meditación ha sido una graaaaan herramienta para aprender a confiar en mi intuición. 🌻
Cuando alguna situación me pone nerviosa, tengo miedo o no sé que hacer, sólo es cuestión de preguntarme 𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 y practicar el amor, la compasión y el respeto conmigo misma.
Si enfoco mi atención en ver una respuesta, muchas veces me digo a mi misma: “naaah, no creo”... como si desacreditara mi propio sentir y tratando de auto sabotearme.
Tarde o temprano vuelvo a escuchar mi intuición diciendo: Si Pao Pao, confía en Ti. 💛
