Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself!

My name is Lance Wagenbrenner, and I recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

For me, fitness has never just been about the gym; it’s about creating a program that fits into real life. I’ve seen firsthand how the right workouts and simple habits can completely change someone’s energy and confidence. That’s what inspired me to start coaching.
