Chemicals are everywhere and we don't even realize it or how they can cause us harm. I just watched the documentary called Stink on Netflix. If you get a chance, watch it. It's definitely an eye opener!

I found a great app called Think Dirty. It tells you how safe products are on a scale of 1-10. It shares ingredients and rates them on how toxic they are or aren't. Try it out.
