What:

HIRA’s 30-Day Run or Walk Challenge
Step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself to either:
• Run a total of 30 miles, or
• Walk a total of 120,000 steps over the 30-day period from March 5 to April 4.

Who:
Anyone from anywhere can join!
No restrictions—open to all who believe in an active lifestyle.

Where / How to Participate:
• Complete your runs or walks anywhere (track your own progress using any app, device, or method).
• Send proof/record of your accomplishment (any form, such as screenshots, app exports, photos, etc.) via HIRA’s Facebook Messenger.
• Follow the HIRA page.

Rewards:
On April 5, we will hold 3 lucky draws.
Three winners will each receive a $25 HIRA gift card!
This is a free event with only 3 simple requirements: complete the mileage/steps goal, submit your record via Messenger, and follow our page. Let’s get moving and stay inspired! 💪
