I don’t know who needs to hear this…
but you don’t have to have the perfect story to deserve a second chance.

Recovery isn’t pretty.
It’s not aesthetic.
It’s not linear.
Some days you’re fighting for your life, and some days you’re grateful you did.

What matters is this:
You’re still here.
You’re still trying.
You’re breaking cycles your younger self begged someone to break for you.

If nobody told you lately
I’m proud of you.
Choosing sobriety is HARD.
Staying sober is HARDER.
But you’re doing it anyway.

Healing doesn’t turn you into a perfect person…
it turns you into a present one.
Your kids feel it.
Your future self is cheering for you.

Keep going.
Your story isn’t over.
You’re writing the chapter someone else will need one day.
