• Plain Greek yogurt
Pro tip 💡
Skip the flavored yogurts (hello added carbs) and mix a packet of sugar-free lemon Crystal Light into plain Greek yogurt. Top with a little granola + raspberries + blueberries and you’ve got a high-protein, GLP-1 friendly snack that actually tastes good.
Aim for at least 90–120g protein daily depending on your size and goals. Your future metabolism will thank you 💚
