The apothecary is happy to offer an evening Gentle Yoga class on Tuesdays at 6 PM, in addition to our Friday 8:30 AM class.

This class is perfect for beginners, or those who are beginning again. 🧘🏻‍♀️

We have mats, blocks and all the props you’ll need.

We’ll be learning the basics of this healing modality and how to use the remedies for ourselves, our families and even pets. 🤓

Note that Homeopathy is a type of Naturopathic Medicine. Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that emphasizes natural therapies, prevention and the body’s self-healing abilities. It includes nutrition, botanical (herbal) medicine, chiropractic, osteopathy, hydrotherapy, mind-body medicine (biofeedback, meditation), acupuncture and homeopathy.

Taught by Wren Carmack, Professional Homeopath & Flower Essence Practitioner. 🌺
